Do I need a website?
No. Google Business Profile optimization works whether or not you have a website. A good website helps, but it is not required for this service to deliver results.
What if I already have a Google Business Profile?
Perfect. We'll audit what's there and optimize it. You don't lose anything you already have (reviews, photos, history); we just make it work harder.
Can you manage multiple locations?
Yes. Each location is a separate engagement at $300 per month per location after setup. Setup for additional locations is typically discounted; contact us for a quote.
Are there any contracts?
No. You pay month to month. Cancel with 30 days written notice whenever you want. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No legitimate local SEO provider can guarantee specific rankings; Google's algorithm has too many factors outside anyone's control. What we guarantee is that we follow best practices, do the work we promise, and report honestly on results.
How do I know it's working?
Every month you get a one-page report showing your rankings compared to the previous month, your profile's performance (views, calls, direction requests, website clicks), review activity, and the specific work we completed. If the numbers aren't moving in the right direction, we'll tell you why and what we're going to do about it.
Do you only work with businesses in a specific area?
No. We work remotely with small businesses anywhere in the United States. Map Pack work doesn't require us to be physically close to you; what matters is that your business has (or can claim) a Google Business Profile.
