Onboarding takes about ten minutes

You fill out a short intake covering your business, your services, your service area, and what you want out of this engagement. We will also ask you to grant our team Manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can actually do the work.

No profile yet? That's fine. We'll set one up from scratch and walk you through the verification step.

We optimize the entire profile in your first two weeks

Inside that window, we complete a full audit and optimization pass:

• Rewrite the business description with keyword-rich, natural copy
• Research and set your optimal primary and secondary categories
• Enable every relevant attribute (wheelchair accessible, women-owned, veteran-owned, online appointments, and the rest)
• Build out your services section with clear descriptions Google can parse
• Upload or optimize at least ten photos
• Seed your Q&A section with three to five common questions and answers
• Audit your business listings across 30+ online directories and submit corrections to any inconsistencies
• Capture baseline Map Pack rankings for your top five keywords so we can measure progress honestly

You get a complete report at the end of Month 1 showing what changed and where you stand.

You get more calls, month after month

Every month after setup, we:

• Publish four Google Business Profile posts
• Add two to four fresh photos
• Monitor new reviews and send you suggested responses
• Track your Map Pack rankings weekly for your top five keywords
• Review your Google Business Profile Insights: search views, map views, calls, direction requests, website clicks
• Send you a one-page report by the 7th of every month, no jargon, no chart padding
